This heirloom baby quilt is sewn up in a vintage butterfly block pattern. This quilt comes with a coordinating patchwork nursery pillow with a hand cross stitched insert of butterflies on linen aida cloth.
This quilt is made with patches of reproduction feedsack fabrics which have been sewn into butterfly blocks, and framed with a golden yellow floral sashing. The quilt measures @ 47" x 47", and is quilted with a wavy serpentine stitch with cotton thread. The backing of the quilt is a turkey red cotton. The binding is a medium blue floral cotton with mitered corners. The batting used in this quilt is 100% cotton. The coordinating pillow is made from the same fabrics as the quilt.
