This gender neutral baby quilt & patchwork teddy bear set are sewn up with fine Japanese feedsack and novelty prints.
The quilt is made in a traditional Dresden Plate pattern. The quilt measures @ 50" x 50", and is quilted with a meandering stitch across the background of each block. Each block is made up of a great collection of reproduction feedsack and novelty prints. The sashing and centers of the blocks are a lovely black feedsack print. The "plates” have been quilted in concentric circles with a zig-zag stitch and attached to the background blocks with an applique' stitch. The backing of the quilt is made up of a bright blue cotton. The binding is a blue and yellow feedsack print with mitered corners.
The quilted patchwork teddy bear is made from some of the same cotton prints used in the quilt, and has a tartan bow.
